How Do I Know If I Need Counseling?

Many clients have issues concerning their relationships, low self-worth, or feelings of being overwhelmed with life. Some individuals have problems with addictions or self-defeating behaviors. If something troubles you, no problem is to small. In general, it probably is a good idea to consider counseling if your difficulties persist for an extended period of time or if you are experiencing symptoms that interfere with your daily activities.
